Job summary

DSD Laboratories, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Software Developer to support AFMC LogIT systems, writing, testing, and maintaining code across modernized cloud-native and legacy stacks in a DoD environment.

You will partner with DevSecOps and cybersecurity teams to meet secure coding, STIG, RMF/ATO requirements, document artifacts, and mentor junior engineers while owning complex system changes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with DoD or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Proficient in documenting technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software for AFMC LogIT systems across stacks.
• Implement features, fixes, and enhancements per requirements and standards.
• Perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback promptly.
• Work with DevSecOps to build/deploy in CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot.
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with DoD guidelines.
