Lodestar Consulting, Inc. is seeking multiple full-time Financial System Analysts to support the Air Force. The role focuses on analyzing, reconciling, and correcting transactions within AF FM systems, and leveraging Power BI for financial insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AF FM experience, DoD FM knowledge, and strong communication skills to brief senior leaders. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required, and U.S. citizenship with security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AF FM experience required.
• Knowledge of DoD FM processes for posting accounting entries.
• Ability to brief and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Navigate AF accounting systems and feeder systems for data entry/correction.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and Power BI.
• Resolve FM accounting issues and support surge/end-of-year processes.
• Assist SAF/FMF teams with data-driven tasks and metrics.
