Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Training and Deployment Subject Matter Expert to join the DEAMS Deployment and Training Team in Dayton, OH. You will design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve training for financial data visualization tools used at Air Force bases.

You will serve as the SME for training content, coordinate with deployment teams, and deliver in-person and virtual sessions, including SCORM-compliant courses. Travel up to 25% and a US security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Financial Management work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Air Force Financial Management data elements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of training curricula, checklists, SOPs, and job aids for dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Conduct instructor-led, webinar, and self-paced training sessions.
• Serve as SME for training content, providing guidance on dashboard functionality and data interpretation.
• Assess training effectiveness and drive curriculum improvements.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to support dashboard rollouts and change management.
• Develop SCORM-compliant WBT courses and manage content on approved platforms.
• Identify training gaps and update materials accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and user guides for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior trainers and promote instructional best practices.
