Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a DEAMS Deployment and Training Subject Matter Expert to support worldwide deployment, sustainment, and day-to-day operations of DEAMS, interfacing with AF major commands and bases.

The role requires traveling up to 50%, providing training, analysis, and strategic guidance to program staff, and ensuring successful deployments with clear communication to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.5 years direct DEAMS experience.
• Experience in AF Funds Control, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, GPC, or DFAS.
• Ability to analyze financial data using Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Access; create PivotTables and complex functions.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% for DEAMS deployment and sustainment activities.
• Ability to brief and communicate effectively with senior leaders and managers.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial DEAMS FMO representative to deploying bases, briefing Base POC on DEAMS deployment.
• Assist with Site Profile distribution and collection of end-user data; analyze and participate in site visits.
• Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements.
• Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff.
