Qualifications

• 1) 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2) Understanding of air documentation process is a plus.
• 3) Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 4) Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• 5) IATA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments and manage documentation.
• Prepare air waybills, commercial and customs documents.
• Enter data accurately into operating system and systems.
• Dispatch freight and communicate with customers and offices worldwide.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and meet KPIs.
