The schedule for this position is: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. The Air Export Agent is responsible for the end-to-end execution of international air export shipments while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and exceptional customer service. The position serves as a key liaison between customers, overseas Expeditors offices, airline partners, trucking providers, gateways, customs authorities, and internal departments.
Scope of Position
Process shipments, coordinate with the Expeditors global network for operational requests, perform shipment auditing, documentation management, compliance reviews, customs-related submissions, invoicing activities, and shipment milestone management.
