Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak professionally to customers, team members, and vendors.
• Work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Address and resolve customers’ concerns.
• Clean and sanitize air ducts and dryer vents.
• Explain and educate on additional services to meet customers’ needs.
• Return all equipment to the truck and secure it for travel.
• Assist the Manager in training new duct cleaners.
• Operate company vehicles and comply with laws; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow safety instructions; safety training provided.
• Operate hand and power tools, meters, and all test equipment.
• Submit customer invoices via iPad with accurate documentation.
