Woodard Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. is seeking an Air Duct Cleaning Lead Technician (Crew Chief) to head residential and commercial projects in the St. Louis area. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality air duct cleaning from start to finish.

You'll supervise technicians, evaluate HVAC systems, ensure safety and company standards, and document job progress while training team members and maintaining equipment and tools.

• 2+ years of professional air duct cleaning experience.
• Understand HVAC systems and air duct cleaning equipment.

Ready to lead your own crew and make an impact in a growing division? We are looking for an Air Duct Cleaning Lead Technician (Crew Chief) to lead residential and commercial air duct cleaning projects throughout the St. Louis area.

This hands-on role is perfect for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys leading from the front, and wants to help build something great while maintaining the high standards Woodard is known for.

You'll Succeed If You:

• Have 2+ years of professional air duct cleaning experience


• Understand HVAC systems and air duct cleaning equipment
