Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read a limited number of words and numbers and print/speak simple sentences.
• Ability to interpret work orders, routers, manuals and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measure in various units.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and production instructions to perform tasks.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 requirements and quality standards.
• Use hand tools to assemble components with precision.
• Complete daily paperwork and update production boards.
• Participate in 5S audits and daily checklists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through process suggestions.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and attend team huddles.
