Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, production routers, product manuals, or verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools to assemble components with precision and maintain quality.
• Complete daily paperwork and update production boards.
• Perform 5S audits and daily checklists.
• Participate in continuous improvement by suggesting process changes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to housekeeping.
• Be flexible to move to different areas based on production needs.
• Work overtime, including weekends, when required.
• Participate in team huddles and group projects.
