Lancesoft is seeking a Production Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead air-cooled chiller assembly lines and own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift. You will drive standard work, problem-solving, and frontline development in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, kaizen events, 5S, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance to meet production commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (standard work, 5S, kaizen, visual management).
• Experience with MES systems and production tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a zero-incident culture; ensure work is safe and compliant with EHS standards.
• Lead daily 5S & safety walks; identify hazards and drive countermeasures.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage multiple air-cooled assembly lines to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Allocate labor to meet takt time and adapt to product variation.
• Escalate and remove throughput constraints in real time.
• Ensure effective shift handoffs and clear prioritization.
