Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Oklahoma City is seeking an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems in VA facilities.

Responsibilities include installation, inspection, and modification of direct expansion refrigeration systems, environmental control rooms, walk-in units, and related equipment across labs and computer rooms. You will work Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with physical requirements noted.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position - applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement. EXPERIENCE: A specific length of training and experience is not required - but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position.
