Fairweather, LLC is seeking an Air Compressor Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on compressors and related equipment while delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include airend rebuilds, diagnosing equipment, and providing technical support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and possess basic electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform airend rebuilds, equipment overhauls, and mechanical repairs on compressors, blowers, and vacuum pumps.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and repair industrial equipment.
• Balance rotor assemblies to specifications.
• Provide technical support in person and over the phone.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and proper use of PPE.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, calibrated, and in good working order.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and maintenance records accurately and on time.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and assist in training other technicians.
• Support customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
