Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of experience.
• Valid Driver License.

• Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain necessary set of tools to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications.
• Document repairs performed and repair times using appropriate software; monitor expenses and cost overruns with supervisor awareness.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to safety policies; wear proper PPE.
• Train and/or mentor others in department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
