Plains is seeking an HSE Air Permit Compliance Specialist to ensure air permit compliance across facilities in the U.S. The role partners with Operations and consultants to meet federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain records and prepare required reports.

The candidate will support emissions calculations, risk-based decision making, and training material development, with a focus on Title V, NSR, and related permit actions. Strong Excel skills and field travel are needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years air permitting and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Air Act, Title V, NSR and related rules.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate air compliance documentation and records.
• Submit Title V annual compliance certifications and other reports.
• Develop air compliance guidance, procedures, and training materials.
• Support Title V, NSR, and other air permitting activities.
• Review operating parameters and data against air requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and consultants.
