This Solutions Specialist role in Air Charter focuses on optimizing, booking, and executing charter movements with attention to detail and superior customer service.

You will handle quote requests, coordinate with aircraft providers, review documentation, and ensure compliance across North America.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete a Security Threat Assessment (STA) per TSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, book, and execute air charter activity.
• Enter all relevant information into Ascent system for charter movements.
• Review cargo and freight documentation for accuracy and relevance to air charter movements.
• Communicate quote requests and pricing details to customers via phone or email.
• Coordinate with aircraft providers to book aircraft for charter activity.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and timeline scheduling at North American airports.
• Document events in the air charter lifecycle using standardized templates.
• Generate air charter-related documents using reporting tools.
