Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring a Warehouse Agent in Boston to load and unload cargo, handle freight, and prepare shipments for outbound flights. You will operate basic equipment, verify paperwork, and assist in maintaining security and safety at the facility.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Member of TWU union with dues obligations.

Responsibilities

• Move air cargo within the designated warehouse.
• Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights.
• Break down cargo from import flights.
• Facilitate loading/unloading to/from semitrucks.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Check freight for correct counts, weight, dimensions, and documents.
• Ensure DG shipments comply with applicable procedures.
• Follow safety warnings and report security issues as required.
