Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking associates to support routing inbound and outbound air freight shipments and process transactions for shipments. Paid training is provided; no experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, packages or cargo.
• Take orders from customers, arrange pickup, and answer questions related to cargo.
• Prepare bills of lading and weigh items to determine charges and prepare freight bills.
• Collect fees, process payments, and issue refunds using the computer system.
• Contact vendors and claims adjustment department to resolve shipment problems.
• Prepare manifest to accompany shipments and maintain records of goods shipped, received and stored.
• May perform ramp agent duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
