Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Dallas seeks a Traffic Office, Warehouse and Ramp Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and ramp activities and resolve service issues. The role reports to the General Manager and drives corrective actions to maintain on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has cargo/ramp operations experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cargo and ramp operations or related aviation handling.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills with a focus on team performance.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to varying weather conditions.

• Respond to customer concerns and coordinate communications via email; ensure timely responses.
• Monitor and review managers’ performance and productivity.
• Manage, plan and control all elements of warehouse and ramp activities.

Job Summary

Responsible for Traffic Office, Warehouse and Ramp Operations Management. Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures. Reports to the General Manager.

• Able to work Weekends and Holidays, all shifts.
• Able to work in inclement weather and able to lift weights up to 50Lbs.
