Worldwide Flight Services is looking for an Air Cargo Assistant General Manager to lead and coordinate operations at our Sterling, VA site. You will drive efficiency, oversee equipment and staff, and work with airport management to optimize profits while complying with TSA and company policies.

You will supervise operational personnel, review daily performance, and recommend capital expenditures to improve services. A strong background in logistics, security, and vendor negotiations is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2–5 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate personnel and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
