Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot (VFR/PIC) for the Guardian Air Transport program in Winslow, AZ. The role focuses on safe, professional flight operations as PIC, with responsibilities across the full mission cycle from preflight to postflight debrief.

You will work in a demanding companion environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork, regulatory compliance, and customer service in a flight operations setting.

Qualifications

• Total flight time requirements include 2,000 hours overall.
• 1,200 hours helicopter flight time.
• 1,000 hours PIC helicopter time.
• 500 hours turbine helicopter time.
• Night time 100 hours (50 unaided).
• Instrument time 75 hours (50 in flight).

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the operation of the assigned helicopter.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisor, clients and crew.
• Adhere to manuals, regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-flight inspections and ensure airworthiness.
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness for missions.
