You will design automation, strengthen observability, and reduce repetitive work while collaborating across teams on health validation and incident response.

Qualifications

• Go or Python production software development experience.
• Kubernetes-based platforms operation/engineering experience.
• CI/CD, GitOps, automation experience.
• Observability data usage to diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Improve scalability, resilience, and reliability of platform services and middleware.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Investigate incidents, identify factors, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Build and enhance dashboards, alerts, and observability with metrics/logs/traces.
• Create automated tests and validation workflows for upgrades, releases, and changes to platform services.
• Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps workflows to enable reliable deployments.
• Assess platform health and document findings with partner teams for improvements.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and incident reviews.
• Contribute to reliability improvements for AI Factory services and health validation tools.
