Role Description

We seek an experienced Program Manager to lead innovative Search initiatives that will shape the future of Siri Search and Apple. This role involves developing novel capabilities across Apple products, transforming how users search and interact with their environment. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team, impacting over 1 billion customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

1. Build and manage project timelines, dependencies, and systematic communication of status. Handle risks, mitigations, and re-planning as needed. Drive organizational alignment.
2. Facilitate consensus among diverse groups, influence teams, and ensure cohesive execution planning.
3. Proactively identify risks and adapt project strategies in an agile manner.
4. Maintain focus on critical paths, minimizing distractions to teams.
5. Provide clear, timely updates and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale ML-powered product programs.
• 3+ years of experience bringing products from concept to completion, especially with ML features and complex systems.
• Deep understanding of software development and analytics for ML products.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in search, computer vision, or natural language understanding program management or engineering.

Compensation & Benefits
