Minimum Qualifications

• Experience driving large, complex software system development and integration.
• At least 5-8 years of combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA).
• Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products across functional disciplines.
• Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables.
• Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of gaining the confidence of highly skilled engineers.
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for different audiences.
• Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to the audience.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Apple offers a total compensation package, including a base pay range of $165,500 to $293,800, depending on skills and experience. Employees can participate in stock programs, receive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, educational reimbursement, and more. Role eligibility for bonuses, commissions, and relocation assistance varies.
