Job summary

AIMECH USA LLC is urgently hiring staff to support electrical setup and on-site technical support for automated equipment at the Windsor site in Canada.

The role covers installation, trial runs, commissioning, on-site troubleshooting, and field service while coordinating with clients and engineers across North America. Travel to projects will be required, and hands-on electrical expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering preferred.
• Hands-on/field experience in electrical setup, wiring, or maintenance encouraged.
• Experience in automation equipment and on-site installation preferred.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, motors, and wiring.

AIMECH USA is urgently hiring staff to support electrical and setup operations for automated equipment. Our company provides engineering, installation/setup, maintenance, and R&D for automation equipment and Machine Vision Systems. For this role, we are recruiting personnel to handle electrical setup and on-site technical support for automated equipment in Canada.

Work Location

• Project Site: NextStar Energy Site
• Location: Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical setup and installation of automated equipment
• Assist with trial runs and commissioning following equipment installation
• Inspect electrical wiring and equipment connections
• Check automation components including sensors, motors, and control units
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
• Provide field support for PLC and automation control systems
• Maintain technical communication with clients and internal engineers
• Support equipment stabilization and production line setup

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering preferred
• Non-majors with relevant hands‑on/field experience (electrical, equipment setup, wiring, installation, maintenance) are encouraged to apply
• Experience in automation equipment, electrical setup, installation, or field engineering preferred
• Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, motors, and electrical wiring preferred
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
• Candidates with limited experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a high sense of responsibility are welcome

Visa & Employment Conditions

• U.S. Residents: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Canada Residents: TN Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates if future U.S. work is required
• Must be adaptable to support projects across both the U.S. and Canada based on site requirements
• Candidates available to start immediately are preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation equipment Installation / Setup / Commissioning
• Experience in battery manufacturing or automated production lines
• Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial electrical systems
• Experience with automation systems such as Machine Vision, Conveyors, and Pneumatic Systems
• Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Korean
• Practical field experience, technical understanding, a commitment to learning, and strong accountability are valued above academic degrees or years of experience.
• Technical school graduates, field technicians, and individuals with hands‑on setup or electrical experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
