Job Summary

The Hotel Operations Internal Auditor objectively evaluates financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance. This role conducts audits, identifies risks, recommends improvements, and assesses adherence to policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management (CPA, CIA, or CISA certification preferred).
  • 3+ years of auditing experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in audit software, ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP), and Microsoft Excel.
