Allspring Global Investments is seeking an analytical Application Strategist & Scrum Master with Bloomberg AIM expertise to optimize trading workflows and interfaces with TradeWeb, Market Axess, and related systems. You will analyze processes to align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The role covers Scrum Master duties, liaison between business and IT, backlog grooming, and collaboration with traders, portfolio managers, operations and compliance to deliver scalable system

Qualifications

• 5+ years using Bloomberg AIM in a business systems/analyst role.
• 2+ years as Agile Scrum Master using JIRA for Kanban/Sprint.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for a technology agile team, manage JIRA, daily standups, backlog prioritization, and sprint ceremonies.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT for Bloomberg AIM and integrations.
• Analyze JIRA backlog, groom work, and drive items to definition of ready.
• Document trading lifecycle workflows and identify gaps with integrated applications.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, ops, and compliance to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of updates, resolving issues before go-live.
• Troubleshoot complex trade execution, compliance alerts, and data integration issues.
• Coordinate workflow changes and system upgrades with OMS support and internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and changes.
