Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC seeks an analytical Application Strategist & Scrum Master with Bloomberg AIM expertise to optimize trading workflows and integrate with systems such as TradeWeb, Market Axess, WSO Markit, and Bloomberg APIs.

You will bridge business needs with IT, manage JIRA backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and drive definition of ready while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of Bloomberg AIM experience in a business systems or analyst role.
2+ years as an Agile Methodology Scrum Master with JIRA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
Understanding of investment management operations, trading workflows, and compliance processes.
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for a technology agile scrum team, managing JIRA work, daily standups, prioritization of work and Sprint ceremonies.
Primary liaison between business users and IT for Bloomberg AIM and integrated applications initiatives.
Analyze JIRA backlog and support grooming to definition of ready.
Document trading lifecycle workflows and identify gaps with proposals for solutions.
Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, operations and compliance to translate requirements into system solutions.
Lead testing, validation, and deployment of updates and enhancements.
Troubleshoot complex trade execution, compliance alerts, and data integration issues.
Coordinate with order management system support for workflow changes and patches.
