RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Obsolescence Manager / Program Integrator to support production execution and long‑term sustainment of the AIM‑9X product line. You will identify, track, mitigate, and communicate obsolescence (DMSMS) risks across engineering, supply chain, program management, and customer teams.
This on‑site role requires coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders, preparing materials for DMSMS boards, and guiding replacements or redesigns.
The AIM-9X Program is seeking an Obsolescence Manager / Program Integrator to support production execution and long‑term sustainment of the AIM‑9X product line. In this role, you will report to the Production Program Manager and be responsible for identifying, tracking, mitigating, and communicating obsolescence (DMSMS) issues across the program. You will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, program management, and customer teams to maintain system health, ensure timely resolution of obsolescence risks, and support successful production performance. This position requires strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility.
Relocation available based on eligibility.
