Job summary

RTX, the world leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Senior Program Manager onsite in Tucson to lead multidisciplinary teams across AIM-9X development and integration efforts. You will guide program cost performance, planning, and execution, coordinating with engineering, contracts, and leadership.

Required are a University Degree with 10+ years’ program management experience, exposure to EVMS and IPDS/RLPM, and strong communication and leadership skills to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in program management.
• Advanced Degree in a related field is preferred with substantial experience.
• Experience preparing cost proposals, BOEs, or gate packages for management review.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team executing AIM-9X development and integration actions.
• Provide support for aircraft and surface launch integration contracts, aligning with program objectives.
• Lead and manage proposal work for all integration contracts and coordinate with stakeholders.
