Aramark is seeking a Cocktail Server for the Aikman Club, a 12,500-capacity entertainment destination. This hourly/seasonal/part-time role involves greeting guests, serving beverages tableside in the premium club, and coordinating with bartenders to fulfill orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compliance with liquor laws and safety policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Alcohol Certification required.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Previous server or food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs through doorways and over carpet.
• Good written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.

• Assist in set-up and break down of spaces before and after events.
• Keep areas clean and organized.

• Coordinate with bartenders to fulfill orders quickly.
• Tap kegs during events.

• Return and manage CO2 tanks for the bar.
• Follow safety policies and training.

The Aikman Club Cocktail Server is responsible for providing guests with exceptional and professional service, serving beverages to our guests tableside in our premium club. This role may also be responsible for providing supplies and items to the bartenders that help ensure exceptional guest service

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift
• Replenish food and beverage products during events
• Assist in set-up and break down of spaces prior to and at the conclusion of events, return equipment to appropriate storage areas
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
• Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time, know your work area and set up as directed
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided
• Process products accurately and efficiently
• Take orders in a professional manner from guests throughout the space
• Work harmoniously with bartenders to fulfill guests orders in a timely manner
• Responsible for tapping kegs throughout events
• Knowledge and accordance with all state liquor laws
• Return and obtain old/new C02 tanks for the bar
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs. through doorways and over carpet (Required)
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
