Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, follow and interpret SOPs, QC manuals, technique cards, and technical specs.
• Basic math including geometry and trig for dimensional analysis.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements.
• Effective written and oral communication is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be flexible and accountable for each qualification.

Responsibilities

• Operate Automated Inspection Equipment (AIE) per SOPs and tech cards.
• Load appropriate programs into machines and set up scale bars and targets.
• Calibrate and maintain AIE equipment.
• Notify supervisors of errors or issues beyond normal operation.
• Coordinate part and job movement to support production.
• Review AIE printouts for dimensional conformity and generate reports.
