Job summary

Foundations Recovery Network is seeking a part‑time Residential Assistant for the Talbott Recovery Center—Main Campus in Atlanta. You will work with a clinical treatment team to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for residents on Hunter Road.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years in mental health; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in Mental Health field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the clinical treatment teams
  • Coordinate patient transportation
  • Perform regular inspections of residences, ancillary and common areas for sanitization, order, safety and a comfortable environment in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Plan and conduct patient orientations
  • Perform responsibilities according to clinical and timeliness guidelines, and apply performance feedback
  • Facilitate recovery‑oriented educational and discussion groups
  • Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of Residential Assistants
  • Train, coach, evaluate, and supervise Residential Assistants
  • Conduct routine meetings with staff
  • Oversee work schedule for Resident Assistants
