Diamond Grove Center is looking for skilled Mental Health Specialist, that will provide quality patient care to our patients.This position will be fulltime and must have the flexibility of working weekend shifts when needed.
As as a Mental Health Specialist you will facilitate the admission of psychiatric patients to Diamond Grove Center, by balancing the patient’s comfort and ease within the organization’s operating needs, with an ability to establish therapeutic rapport and verbally de-escalate patients in crisis are skills that will help make you successful in this role as you facilitate the orderly admissions of patients to the facility.
