The Mental Health Specialist is a key member of Diamond Grove Center Team. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will facilitate the admission of psychiatric patients to Diamond Grove Center, by balancing the patient's comfort and ease within the organization's needs, with an ability to establish a therapeutic rapport as well as verbally de-escalating patients in crisis are skills that will make you successful in this role as you facilitate the orderly admissions of patients to the facility. Mental Health Specialist will be ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
