Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
• Customer service experience 1–2 years preferred or housekeeping experience 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain linen supplies; change bed linens; replenish towels and toiletries; sort soiled linens for laundry.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing support services and assistance in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness by ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for guests, patients, or occupants.

Essential Functions

• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Handling and maintaining linen supplies, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels and toiletries, and collecting and sorting soiled linens for laundry services.
• Properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations.
• Monitoring and restocking supplies and amenities such as toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other necessary items.
• Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities, including daily cleaning logs, room occupancy status, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
• Following established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

Experience

• Customer Service Experience 1-2 years preferred or Housekeeping Experience 0-1 year preferred
