Overview

Little Sparks Montessori is a small, authentic Children’s House (ages 33 months–5 years). We value order, independence, and a peaceful environment where children can do real, purposeful work. We are looking for an aide who understands that how a classroom feels matters just as much as what happens in it.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Keep the classroom clean, orderly, and beautiful
• Support daily flow and transitions without disrupting children’s concentration
• Help children with care needs (toileting, accidents) with dignity and respect
• Complete end-of-day closing work (dishes, detailed cleaning, reset for the next day)
• Restock, track inventory, and assist with daily reporting
• Notice what’s missing, low, or out of place—and take action
• Support the team so the classroom runs calmly and consistently
