Job summary

St. Francis Borgia Grade School in Washington, MO is seeking a caring Aftercare Aide to supervise students after school hours in a structured, faith-filled environment.

You will organize activities for preschool through 8th grade, monitor behavior, and collaborate with the Aftercare Director to ensure safety and a smooth closing of each session.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, daycare, camp, or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to manage groups of children in a calm, nurturing, and effective manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with students during after-school hours in a safe and supportive setting.
• Organize activities, games, and snacks for children ranging from preschool through 8th grade.

The Aftercare Aide plays a key role in providing a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for students after school hours.

Job Responsibilities
