This full-time weekday only position (no weekends or holidays) involves working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will be supporting patients in the Battle Creek area.

Responsibilities of a Hospice Aide/CNA

• Report to the Administrator, Director, or Patient Care Manager, supervised by RN or Clinical Supervisor
• Assist with personal hygiene, environment safety, meal prep, feeding, ambulation, light housekeeping, treatments, and patient engagement activities
• Provide emotional support and report changes in patient condition to the team
• Practice infection control and document visits accurately
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities

Candidate Requirements

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Six months of patient care experience preferred
• Additional healthcare experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurance, CPR certification
