Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an English Writing Generalist to perform quality review of AI training content on a fully remote, hourly contract basis. You will audit and improve English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style, without changing meaning, and provide structured feedback to help AI systems improve.

Based in the United States, you can work asynchronously on your own schedule, up to 40 hours per week, with potential for ongoing contract extension. No prior AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent command of written English—grammar, syntax, tone, and style.
• Able to evaluate large volumes of content efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style issues.
• Improve readability and flow without altering the original meaning.
• Flag inconsistencies, ambiguous language, and structural weaknesses.
• Apply consistent editorial judgment across a high volume of content.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems improve over time.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
