Alignerr is seeking an English Writing Generalist to help train tomorrow's AI. You will write, edit, and refine content across topics, evaluating AI-generated material for clarity and tone, and applying strict style guidelines.

You can work fully remotely on a freelance hourly contract, with 10–40 hours per week, on a flexible schedule and independent rhythm, contributing to high-quality AI training data and ongoing project work.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency with strong grammar and style.
• Detail-oriented with systematic approach to quality.
• Able to evaluate and articulate what makes writing clear or flawed.

Responsabilités

• Write, edit, and refine English content across topics and formats.
• Evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, and quality.
• Identify errors, ambiguities, awkward phrasing, and inconsistencies.
• Apply detailed style guidelines consistently across tasks.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback using evaluation tools.
