Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an AI Web Platform Lead to modernize how our web platform is architected, authored, and operated across QuickBooks.com.

You will own platform-level decisions at the intersection of marketing, design, technology, and web production to accelerate shipping of web experiences. The role blends strategy with hands-on work, focusing on information architecture, CMS modernization with AI-connected workflows, and design-system governance.

Qualifications

7+ years across web platform, marketing technology, or digital experience roles.
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development workflows — prompt-to-prototype tooling, LLM-integrated authoring, agentic pipelines.
Working knowledge of AEO/GEO: structured data, semantic HTML, crawlability.
Experience documenting or governing design systems in partnership with design and engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead the IA revamp for global navigation, optimizing for ICP-based humans and AI citability.
Define IA standards including structured data, content hierarchy, and AI-friendly page architecture.
Partner with SEO/GEO to translate zero-click search dynamics into structural decisions.
Map current-state workflows and design future AI-connected authoring, review, and publishing pipelines in the CMS.
Own measurement of Core Web Vitals and site health; drive velocity and performance.
