Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in the Software design/architecture process, and the SDLC.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP).
• Able to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Expertise with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiar with scalable, available web applications.
• Experience with large scale consumer web or mobile apps.
• Proficient in building AI models using prompting and AutoML.

Responsibilities

• Create Front End solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Translate customer insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code
• Lead a small team to solve complex programming and design issues
• Contribute to project design and architecture and execute on web, mobile, and front end software development
• Provide technical direction and prioritize features to deliver high-quality solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software with AI technology
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices of software engineering with AI
• Launch AI integrations in production and measure impact on performance and user satisfaction
