Job summary

Labelbox is seeking an experienced AI Voice Trainer (French) for a remote contract role. You will record high-quality voice samples, evaluate outputs for naturalness and pronunciation, and provide actionable feedback to improve speech models.

This rolling-start engagement requires access to a good microphone and a quiet recording space, with fully remote and asynchronous scheduling. You will help shape frontier AI through data labeling tasks and collaboration with AI labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or similar fields is required.
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet recording environment is required.
• Strong ability to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging voice recordings.

Quick facts

• Engagement - Hourly, at‑will contractor
• Schedule - Fully remote & asynchronous (min.15hrs/week)
• Pay Range (US) - $25–$40 per hour
• Start Date - Rolling — staffed as projects launch

What you’ll do

You’re a great fit if

• Enrolled in or have completed an Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or similar fields (Required).
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet recording environment (Required).
• Strong ability to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging voice recordings.
• Attention to detail when assessing pronunciation, tone, and clarity in speech.

Interest in AI and speech synthesis technology.

• Bonus: Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects
