Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output and writing a clear English explanation of what was observed.
