Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, compare images and videos, and write explanations of what looked or sounded off — all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and the ability to describe observations precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on media.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying to spot problems.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of the observed issues.
