Agentfabriek builds AI calling agents and AI receptionists that run real business workflows, sales, scheduling, customer support. We are rapidly expanding due to demand and therefore we are looking for YOU!

We’re looking for an AI voice engineer to join our team who can take an AI phone agent from architecture → build → live deployment.

If your experience stops at demos, this isn’t the role.

What you’ll be building

• Production-grade AI calling agents & AI receptionists
• Conversation logic with memory, interruptions, fallbacks, and retries
• Calendar-driven booking logic (Google Calendar API)
• CRM-connected voice agents for sales & support
• Reliable, low-latency deployments that survive real call volume

Tools & platforms we use (or expect you to know)

• Retell AI (primary voice agent framework)
• Google Calendar API
• CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel
• Automations: Make.com, Zapier, n8n
• APIs, webhooks, call routing, transfers, recordings

You don’t need to know everything (ideally you do lol), but you do need to have built real systems with most of this stack.
