Subject is seeking an AI Pipeline producer in Los Angeles to design and maintain ComfyUI-based video generation pipelines. You will integrate Python tooling, ensure consistent character and style across thousands of videos, and partner with live-action teams to uphold a single visual standard.

Ideal candidates bring real production experience, a deep understanding of lighting continuity and shot logic, and fluency with AI video tools like Seedance, Luma, and Runway.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in production, post-production, or technical creative roles.
• Present 5 days a week in the studio, 8am–6pm, in Los Angeles area.
• Expert-level skills in ComfyUI: custom workflows and nodes; deep understanding of models and samplers.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and improve video generation pipelines in ComfyUI, including custom nodes and Python tooling.
• Produce AI video content end to end: prompts, character consistency, style bibles, negative prompt strategy, and QC.
• Manage high-volume generation workflows with hundreds of videos as units of work.
• Apply production discipline: shot logic, continuity, pacing, and director-like coverage.
• Create and integrate motion graphics to elevate generated footage to finished lessons.
• Debug model quirks, duration drift, API failures, and render bottlenecks.
• Evaluate new models/tools and decide fast on pipeline inclusion.
• Collaborate with physical production to maintain a shared visual standard.
• Engage with product design to deliver assets and interactive elements.
