Proppel Pty Ltd. seeks an AI-first video editor to craft high-performance ads for DTC ecommerce brands. You will blend solid editing fundamentals with AI tools to produce scroll-stopping assets that sell, including AI-generated videos, avatars, and voiceovers.

You’ll convert briefs into direct response videos, test variations, and collaborate on CTR/CPA metrics with the team, while staying ahead of trends and formats.

Qualifikationen

• Experience creating AI-generated ads for direct response or ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, avatars, voice, or music and prompt engineering.
• 2+ years editing ecommerce ads.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels and what stops the scroll.
• Ability to apply feedback quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Produce AI-generated ads and assets including animations, avatars, voiceovers, and songs.
• Turn briefs and raw UGC into direct response ads centered on hook, first 3 seconds, retention, and CTA.
• Build hook/format variations to scale winning ads.
• Review metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPA with strategists and buyers; double down on what works.
• Introduce new formats, trends, and AI-driven angles in brainstorms.
• Organize and manage inbound content from creators.
