Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Inclusively Remote is seeking a hands-on AI video producer to own Puffy.com’s two-surface media strategy, spanning cold-traffic ads and on-site product videos. You’ll shepherd the full production pipeline—concept, image generation, motion, editing, color, and audio—with speed and craft at the forefront.
You’ll collaborate with the Director of Marketing to optimize performance, leveraging Veo, Runway, Midjourney, and traditional editors like Premiere and DaVinci to ship assets that drive action
Own the AI video pipeline for a $1Billion+ brand. The media is already scaled — the constraint is creative that converts, on the feed and on the page.
We’ve been AI-first since December 2023: In this role, tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Midjourney, and Flux are part of the production workflow — not side experiments. AI gets you to footage faster; your judgment decides whether the hook works, the product looks real, the edit holds attention, and the finished asset is ready to ship.
You’ll own AI video production for Puffy.com, a $1Billion+ e-commerce brand, across two surfaces that sell in completely different ways: cold-traffic ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and product video on the website itself. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll work across the full production chain — concept and script, image generation, motion, editing, compositing, color, and audio. This is a hands‑on production role where speed matters, craft matters, and the work is expected to perform.

Script → Image: Translate hooks into static visual worlds. Design consistent characters and aesthetic styles using Midjourney, Flux, or similar.
Image → Video: Apply motion and emotion using Veo, Kling, or Seedance. Control specific movements — facial expressions, gestures, choreographed action, and the physical behaviour of a material under pressure.
Video → Edit: Cut aggressively for retention in Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, or similar. Pacing, pattern interrupts, and visual rhythm.
Edit → Sound: Layer AI voiceovers (ElevenLabs) and music and sound design. A silent ad isn’t a finished ad.
Produce DR video ads at volume: 20-30 second ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube cold prospecting. Pattern-interrupt hook, problem agitation, benefit demonstration, proof, one clear CTA. Multiple concepts per week.
Solve character consistency: Keep faces, outfits, and environments coherent across shots, including AI-generated spokespeople delivering to camera. This is the hardest problem in AI video, and you know how to work around it.
Obsess over the first 3 seconds: Pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, visual hooks. If the audience drops at second 3, you iterate the hook.
Turn proof into persuasion: Clinical claims, social proof, and guarantees carry the offer. You know where they land in a 30-second ad and where they kill the momentum.
Produce product video for Puffy.com from real product photography: Short, sound-off, text-free clips that show a shopper what the mattress is actually like. Realism is the entire brief.
Get material behavior right: Foam that compresses under a hand and recovers on release, fabric that moves like fabric, a hand that enters and presses without floating. This is where generated video usually fails, and it’s the difference between a clip that sells and one a shopper distrusts.
Hold fidelity to the source product: Shape, color, proportions, and stitching stay true to the photography throughout the shot. The product on screen is the product being sold.
Make the “invisible edit”: Blend AI footage with stock or shot footage seamlessly. Your compositing and color grading make AI elements indistinguishable.
Iterate on performance data: Review CTR, hold rates, drop-off points, and on-page conversion. Every asset is a hypothesis, not a finished artwork.
Diagnose the gap between click and purchase: When an ad drives outbound CTR but not orders, you can tell whether the fault sits in the hook, the promise, or the landing experience, and what to change first.
